Norwegian Cruise Terminal B

Terminal B is designed to accommodate cruise ships carrying more than 5,000 people.

It is equipped with sophisticated technology that expedites arrival and departure procedures, as well as security screening and baggage check-in. In addition, the development includes a neighboring parking complex with covered ground transportation and luggage loading services, as well as a valet parking zone with direct terminal access and a VIP lounge.

The project followed LEED Gold criteria, focusing innovative design and efficient facility operations to improve energy performance, indoor air quality, water conservation, and local material use. The terminal's modern nautilus-inspired architecture features a multi-level, spiraling façade with breathtaking ocean vistas. Creative lighting, pleasant indoor and outdoor lounges, and other visitor-focused features make it a highlight in Miami's skyline.

Furthermore, Norwegian Cruise Line's Cruise Terminal B has received national recognition as the winner of ENR's 2021 Best of the Best Projects in the Airport/Transit category. Laminated glass was chosen for its strength and post-glass breakage performance.
