From 22 to 25 October 2024, the global glass industry will once again meet in Düsseldorf on the Rhine in Germany. Kuraray will not be missing from ‘glasstec 2024’, the world's leading trade fair for the glass industry, glaziers and craftsmen, and will be presenting a comprehensive range of innovations and pioneering technologies.
This year, Kuraray will definitely be focusing on the topic of sustainability. Important innovations will be on show for the architectural glazing sector in particular. Another focus will be the ‘Structural & Security’ segment, for which new products and innovations will be presented.
Innovations from the automotive sector will also be presented to underpin the technical leadership of glass interlayers. The focus here will be on glass interlayers for roof glazing - ‘roofing’ - in cars, which Kuraray guests will also be able to ‘experience’.
Visit us and meet our experts - we look forward to seeing you:

At a height of 57 meters (187 feet) above the ground visitors of the Eiffel Tower in Paris/France have the impression of walking on air above the overhanging vantage point of the first floor – adding considerable appeal to this already popular tourist attraction. The original opaque floor has been partly replaced by a 128 square metre (1380 square feet) glass floor. Laminated safety glass with Kuraray’s SentryGlas® interlayer is installed in the first floor, in both the glass floor and the balustrades, which are inclined outwards.
